Everyone who joins your organization uses the app free. No paywalls, no premium upgrades.
Nothing to install for grandparents and alumni who just want to give: a web link works.
Your organization's plan
Each school, booster club, or outside program (town rec, Little League, travel teams) buys its own plan, priced by size, and stays separate from every other organization.
Fees
Money goes straight to your organization's own account. BoosterBench keeps a small fee, and Stripe's card processing is separate. Card payments have a $3 minimum, and cash is always OK.

With "cover the card fee" on, the donor pays the card processing, so the club gets the gift minus only the 2% BoosterBench fee.
No. Parents, students, coaches and supporters join free. They only pay for things they choose to buy or give.

Adults may see your local sponsors' cards on Home, the Give tab and event pages. Ads never appear in chats, and students never see any ads. Later, adults may also see a few national brand ads, and your organization can pay to turn those off.
Your organization does. Payments go to your own Stripe-connected bank account. BoosterBench never stores card or bank numbers.
