These rules run underneath every feature. No coach, club or school can turn them off, and they apply in every state.
Messaging
Safe conversations
No adult alone with a student
A coach can never privately message a single student. A student's message to a coach always copies a parent.
Quiet hours
Chat and alerts pause from 10 PM to 5 AM for everyone. Only emergencies, urgent cancellations and rides already set go through.
Private contact details
Phone numbers, emails and home addresses stay hidden unless a parent chooses to share their own with their team's parents. Students can never share theirs.
Report and block everywhere
On every message, post and photo. Reports go to club leaders and the school admin.
Nothing secretly deleted
Messages are saved, so problems can be looked into.
Kindness filter
Blocked words are caught before sending. The app shows what was flagged and asks the person to say it another way.
Your data
Your families' data stays yours
